Material: beech & reclaimed sapele

This was designed in response to Ercol expressing an interest to re-enter the contract furniture market. Although not chosen for production it was an inclusion in an exhibition of contemporary furniture at their Prince's Risborough factory in the summer of 2008.

Kyoto seat - 2006

Material: 3mm faceted steel

This seat was based on the 'Substream' album cover by the Kyoto Jazz Massive. The faceted steel aesthetic was based on the origami i saw on the album cover. It had a yellow powder coated finish.

Child's seat - 2006

Material: laminated & solid sycamore

This was a Christmas present for my niece, Nia. The handle is only big enough for a child's hand, the idea was that she would have her own seat to carry around to use and treasure which the adults could'nt use because it was too small.
